You must go to my website and fill out a puppy application to be considered for puppy placements/adoption. My website is sunseteveschihuahuas.com if you fill the application out the right way and it is submitted correctly you will get a confirmation email. If you do not get a confirmation email, then the application did not go through. Please resubmit it. Please submit all documents that are requested in the puppy application. If your puppy application is approved, you will get a email from me moving forward with the adoption process.
