I require a phone interview before taking any deposits for my waiting list. Deposits are Non-refundable if you change your mind about getting a puppy, but you can choose to transfer your name to the following waiting list if it is not the right time for you. Now if you put a deposit on a puppy that is already born and you change your mind or can't pick him/her up for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit. Most of my customers have stayed in touch with me and sgare updates of their puppies. I get a lot of new families referred to me by Word of Mouth.
