We start our process by getting to know each prospective owner and their family. By asking about family members in the household such as children and other pets, along with your expectations, and desires for your future puppy. If interested in a puppy please schedule a virtual interview with us. If we feel like you would be a great fit for one of our puppies you will be notified and asked to place a deposit on the selected puppy. We will also email a deposit contract to you for that specific puppy. You will be required to read, sign, and email the signed contract back to us within 24 hours. Your deposit will then be due. We require a deposit of $500 to hold a specific puppy for you till they are old enough to go home. The puppy will not be held for you past 24 hours without the completion of the required contract and deposit. Once the puppy is reserved, you will receive weekly updates and photos. All payments are due in full on THE DAY OF PICKUP. You can always pay ahead of time or in payments but full payment is due by the "pay by" date on your deposit contract. We do offer weekly and monthly payment plans. The full balance must be paid before you are able to pick up your puppy.
