Cosmo is a Tricolor ABCA registered Border Collie that will come with limited rights. He has been raised in the home with myself, my husband, and our teenage children. He has been handled and worked with daily. He absolutely loves people and being cuddled, but he also enjoys playing! He is crate trained and is doing well with learning to walk nicely on a leash as well as basic commands. He has been vaccinated 3x so far and is also microchipped.
